Strategy Project Delivery Specialist
Work you ll do
Apply knowledge and expertise in the area of training, facilitation, and related decision support services to offices engaging in group training sessions, collaboration efforts, working groups or integrated product, process or self-directed teams. Plan, schedule, coordinate, setup, and conduct facilitation activities with host organization personnel and attending organizations personnel.Consult on subject matter, lead assist in strategic planning events, cope with controversial subject matter and differences of opinion from the attendees, and be able to channel the discussion into constructive exchanges and plans that lead to satisfactory solutions.Ensure agenda, attendees list, minutes, and resulting action items are documented for the record.Provide off-the-shelf, or customized off-the-shelf training packages to meet specific program needs related to management, organization and business improvement services.Apply experience in public speaking and hosting/briefing to large gatherings of personnel and experience in presentation to personnel with high levels of responsibility and importance.

Strategy will help our clients:
Identify strategies for growth and value creation
Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision
Maximize the ROI on technology investments and leverage technology and Cloud trends to architect future business strategies
Public Trust Clearance
A Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Communications or a Business Management discipline
Experience facilitating major meetings
A total of at least 10 years of experience
Effective oral and written communicate skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment (in-person and distributed)
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in an Agile environment
Demonstrated experience with continuous process improvement
Experience with Business Process Reengineering and Process Mapping
Project Management background preferred
