Casey Quirk by Deloitte is looking for entrepreneurial, ambitious and intellectually- curious professionals to join our practice as a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst plays an essential role on our client engagement teams. The role offers tremendous exposure to the world s leading asset and wealth management firms.

Casey Quirk by Deloitte is the largest management consulting practice dedicated to advising investment and wealth managers on business strategy. Casey Quirk s global practice includes professionals in New York, Connecticut, London and Hong Kong.
The Business Analyst role is co-located in New York, NY and Darien CT. The candidate will be required to travel between offices on occasion.
Work you ll do
The Business Analyst will play an important role on strategic consulting engagements and will:
Conduct industry research on the competitive landscape including firms, products, buyers and industry trends within the asset and wealth management industry
Perform quantitative analysis and build financial models for client projects
Develop quantitative and qualitative outputs in PowerPoint to support strategic recommendations
Assist with Casey Quirk s thought leadership efforts and whitepaper productions
Participate in ongoing Casey Quirk professional development initiatives to better understand the industry
Collaborate with your colleagues and help train new talent
Help clients understand and react to the evolving global investment management environment
Undergraduate degree with a focus in economics, engineering, finance or accounting preferred
Outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated leadership
An interest in consulting and/or investment management
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to build Excel-based financial and operating models a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
A passion for learning, professional growth and knowledge sharing
A desire to be part of an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun team environment
