Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Specialist Master, Core Business Operations, Systems Engineering in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects. Develop shared services organization and improve back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes. Lead and deliver complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative shared services business solutions for leading companies. Analyze and define business needs and develop appropriate testing solutions HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), IBM Rational Requisite Pro, Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS), Micro Focus Caliber, Blueprint and iRise. Formulate and define scope and objectives based on end user and business needs and processes using test methodologies and industry best practices and tools, including JIRA, Mantis, HP Quality Center, Rational Clear Quest and Microsoft Test Manager. Propose and implement performance testing for all consumerism facing applications using HP LoadRunner, Neotys NeoLoad, Silk Performer, QA Load, Jmeter, Visual Studio, Rational Performance Tester, OpenSTA and Grinder. Drive the growth of test automation programs across all types of testing for enterprise-level application development using HP QTP, HP UFT, HP LEANFT, HP Service Test, SOATest, Tricentis Tosca, Froglogic Soap UI, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium and RPA UIPath. Conduct scrum meetings and drive resolution of team challenges using Jira tools. Manage and participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle for enterprise application development, including sanity testing, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, UAT, split testing. Manage and develop test planning and test estimations for large programs using estimation techniques and tools for EMR applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in in Computer Science, Engineering (any), IT, CIS, MIS or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Specialist Master, Business Analyst Advisor, Portfolio Manager or a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Analyzing and defining business needs and developing appropriate testing solutions HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), IBM Rational Requisite Pro, Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS), Micro Focus Caliber, Blueprint and iRise;
