Work You'll Do

Use your knowledge and experience to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:

• Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client

• Contribute to and help to manage work streams that contribute to the overall project success

• Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate

• Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development

The Team

The Human Capital AMS/Operate team brings together our products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. Human Capital as Asset group will continue to evaluate and incorporate new products and operate services in our portfolio as we grow.

Qualifications Required

• 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Learning Management Module (LMS) with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations, or strong Application support experience

• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors LMS

• Should have hands-on knowledge within the LMS application

• Strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, specifically in SF Recruiting

• Experience managing your plate of work, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality deliverables and service

• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written

• Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel

• Excellent organizational skills - must be able to multi-task

• Must live a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Kansas City, MO; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Miami, FL; Minneapolis, MN; Nashville, TN; Philadelphia, PA; Phoenix, AZ; Pittsburgh, PA; St. Louis, MO; Tallahassee, FL; Tampa, FL; OR be willing to relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

In addition, successful Senior Consultants will have the following preferred background:

• Experience managing requirements processes including conducting interviews and documenting

technical requirements

• Experience working with and managing onshore, offshore and remote teams

• Experience with industry standard System Development Life Cycle methodologies

• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred

• The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93k to $155k.
