Enterprise Performance - Project Delivery Specialist - SAP SCM (MM/WM/IM)

Workyou ll do/Responsibilities
Work closelywith the Business Process Leads (BPLs) to analyze the new business requirementsand propose feasible SAP solutions. This also includes preparing BusinessRequirements Document (BRDs) and obtaining sign offs from the BPLs
Collaboratewith business to present the SAP solution to Design Council (DC) team withproper business justification and approvals in place before commencing thedevelopment
Coordinatewith offshore support team to prioritize tasks and resolve production issues ina timely manner with minimal escalations
Support SAPrelease strategy through collaboration across SAP development and functionalteams ensuring appropriate transport management and release planning
Document allthe changes and review Functional Specifications, Implementation Guides andTesting Documents before obtaining UAT signoffs from the business
Participatein Change Management meetings to present SAP changes to the Change AdvisoryBoard (CAB) and obtain necessary approvals before promoting the changes toProduction System
Work withbusiness/ends users in validating the changes after importing the transports toProduction System and ensure there are no impacts to existing functionality
Resolveintegration issues which require cross functional communication and demonstrateend to end business scenarios
Adhere to allthe Production Support guidelines while providing day to day support tobusiness users. This includes reviewing Runbook, Ops manual etc.
Monitor the ticketing tool and ensure timely ticketupdates and resolution
Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation,and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology.Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologiesand thought leaders.
We work with clients who want to improvetheir ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, removeperformance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems andreimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAPS/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA PublicCloud) across the following capabilities:
Customer and Sales Operations
Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud andVirtualization, Data Management and Analytics)
Minimumsix (6 ) years of SAP MM-WM/Requisition-to-pay module experience
Experience in full life cycle SAPimplementations and ongoing support expertise
Bachelor's degree, preferably inManagement Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, orrelated IT discipline
Ability to travel up to 5%
Commutable distance or willingness to relocate toHouston, TX or Dallas, TX
Client facing experience are required
Limited sponsorship may be available
SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
SAP Project Planning (PP)
Experience with S/4 HANA is a plus
Ability to work with business users for requirements,design appropriate solutions, and carry them through implementation includingintegration testing and end user training
Excellent verbal and written communication skills withthe ability to present solutions to business
