Work you'll do

Against an increasingly complex business landscape, Deloitte's Future of Trust offering, puts forward innovative solutions and approaches for cross-sector, global challenges our clients may encounter. Using leading-edge solutions, methods, and resources, we enable bold discussions with clients that help elevate their brand and core values, while staying true to our own.

The product manager is responsible for the product roadmap of the Trust measurement capabilities with guidance from subject matter experts within the team, applying strategic design thinking to ensure that the overall solution and architecture align with the intended usage. The product manager will also support the execution of client deployments of these capabilities, to communicate complex analytical insights that drive Trust, and organizational decision making for our clients.

The product manager reports to the Principal leading the team, with frequent interaction with other Future of Trust leaders, lead client service partners, account teams and offering leaders across the firm

This work may be performed remotely from your home office.

Role specific responsibilities may include:

  • Develop strategic enhancements and product roadmap for key Future of Trust solutions, architecting and overseeing development of additional interactive features to help diagnose Trust issues within an organization while maintaining existing functionalities

  • Develop necessary documentation to aid with sales and delivery of the asset (e.g., user guide, strategy guides, sample deliverables, dashboards, etc.)

  • Support the execution of client engagements to assess the data gathered and synthesize actionable, Trust-focused insights, for meaningful client presentations

  • Concurrently deliver on portions of multiple projects in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment

  • Support and execute large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and help coordinate strategic discussions with senior leaders

  • Develop and share content for presentations and reports, as well as supporting analytics, for senior leaders

  • Develop effective working relationships with internal clients and colleagues

  • Provide ongoing support to the Future of Trust team and key clients

  • Maintain team's online repositories and network lists, and respond to related requests for information

  • Work with peers and counterparts in other parts of the Deloitte network

  • Work with key internal stakeholder groups to develop cross-functional relationships

  • Be responsive to requests of senior Leaders across businesses, geographies, and industries



  • Undergraduate degree in business (preferably with an emphasis in analytics)

  • Excellent product management skills: ability to drive a product roadmap, working with technology/development teams as a functional owner of a solution

  • Exceptional analytical skills: ability to synthesize large sets of data, communicate complex analytical insights, and comprehend complex problems, across various industries

  • Strong initiative and entrepreneurial thinking with desire and ability to contribute strategically as the offering grows and expands

  • Strategic and critical thinking skills

  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to drive high-visibility actions and client-ready deliverables to completion

  • Superior PowerPoint and Excel skills required

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present our messaging, influence stakeholders and drive actionable results through the lens of Trust

  • Versatility and agility: ability to turn ideas across a wide range of functional areas into practical action and client-ready deliverables

  • High degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment that requires solving complex, open-ended issues with incomplete data and varying degrees of direction

  • Ability to remain agile and shift priorities quickly without compromising deliverable quality

  • Ability to be self-directed and responsive

  • Ability to work well under pressure and act in utmost confidentiality with sensitive leadership information

  • Collegial team player who can work with a small team within a virtual, matrixed environment

  • Diplomacy, poise, maturity and empathy are all key attributes for success

  • Travel up to 10% (While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


  • At least 4 years of experience, with some experience from a top tier professional services firm or experience at digital product development companies in digital product design, and deployment

  • Experience with development and delivery of analytics projects

  • Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)

  • Experience with developing business analysis, proposals, workshops in Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Advanced project management skills

  • Experience in the development of proofs of concept, rapid prototyping, and pilot execution including requirements gathering, solution ideation, architecture design, and deployment strategy
