National Employee Assistance Program: EAP Operations Manager
The National Employee Assistance Program helps professionals with a wide variety of personal and/or work-related matters. This role will have a specific focus on strategic delivery of behavioral health initiatives that impact employee mental health. You will support Talent leadership in shaping program vision, strategy, and implementation, and contribute to the modernization of Firm mental health capabilities to enrich and support personnel.
Work you ll do
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Operations Manager will support Program and leadership across the Talent channel, including but not limited to Well-being, Total Rewards, and Talent Relations. Primary responsibilities include the management of programs and/or services designed to provide innovative behavioral health initiatives that impact employee mental health. As a part of the team, you will create value by bringing together subject matter expertise, industry experience, strategy, operations/process, technology, and people into integrated solutions and outcomes.
Overall EAP Program Management:
Manage the day to day operations of the National Employee Assistance program to ensure consistent program efficiency and effective outcomes.
Contribute to shaping standard operating processes and procedural guidelines to achieve efficiency, uniformity of performance, compliance with industry regulations, high quality outcomes and seamless delivery of service.
Coordinate standard operation procedure (SOP) with internal and external operations for seamless service delivery, in collaboration with the EAP Employee Experience Manager.
Collaborate with the learning and development function and contribute to the creation of educational and self-management tools and resources.
Serve as a liaison with strategic vendors to develop partnerships and facilitate alignment with Deloitte s EAP strategy and firm culture/values/expectations; Review SOW and Work Orders as well as monitor contractual agreements to ensure commitments are upheld and service is maintained.
Program Management for Mental Health:
Manage complex, multi-component processes and procedures to help address mental health issues; cultivate strong relationships with talent collaborators and business functions required for operations.
Research and maintain an inventory of inpatient and outpatient care providers that meet company standards as outlined within the company s SOPs.
Assist in the delivery of tailored behavioral health solutions to include specialty referrals, job performance referrals, crisis management, specialty assessments, behavioral health coaching, and disruptive event management.
Monitor firm behavioral health landscape and identify service trends/opportunities for the growth and development of custom solutions.
Contribute to the development of program evaluation protocols and prepare reports which outline important data points (e.g., program utilization, productivity, etc.) to help inform program related decisions.
Complete special assignments and projects as directed; Design and implement project activities and timelines, maintain project momentum.
A high degree of attention to detail, flexibility, ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities, as well as confidence working with executive-level stakeholders is required.
