The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences. We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  • Building positive client and peer relationships by developing an understanding of customer's business and project scope

  • Experience in the end-to-end project delivery cycle and managing customer expectations

  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales

  • PowerApps, Power Automate

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence required;

  • A Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  • Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    Preferred Skills

  • Dynamics 365 Field Services

  • AI Builder, Power BI

  • Strong understanding of multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)

  • Expertise in solution selling techniques such as identifying the client pain points, defining a solution, and contributing to a project proposal.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
