Member Advisory Senior Specialist - Bersin USDC

The Member Advisory Senior Specialist will work with the Bersin Sales, Member Success and Member Advisory teams in delivering advisory services to members. This role will support execution of research questions and special projects as assigned.

The requests will vary in nature and scope, and will span the various HR and Talent areas covered by Bersin s research in the following Human Capital topic areas:

The Senior Specialist will need to be very adept at working with research and applying problem-solving skills to recommend or provide appropriate resources to members. They should have a strong understanding of talent processes. The Specialist will build an in-depth knowledge of Bersin s research, members challenges and the many ways we support our members. This role could provide a stepping stone to becoming a Member Advisor or a Research Analyst.

Work you ll do:

Utilize defined workflows, templates, and standards, as well as operating independently of those constructs, using good judgment as to when that is necessary.

Understand and apply complex human capital concepts to respond to critical client demand with appropriate Bersin membership offerings.

Develop and maintain understanding of the full breadth of membership offerings with a thorough understanding of the published body of complex and analytical research.

Craft research-based answers to client questions using most recent concepts identified in our research. Triage incoming member requests when more in-depth expertise is required.

Develop new tools, templates, and workflows to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of this role, and also to provide the rest of the Member Advisory team and other colleagues with these resources.

Provide feedback to internal department leaders in the areas of product development, marketing, and research to drive the development of new and improved products and services.

Maintain records and information in our customer database (Salesforce).

Collaborate with internal teams on projects.

Based out of our US Delivery Centers in Orlando Florida, you will work with the Deloitte Consulting organization to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. If not local to one of these locations, we can help by providing relocation assistance depending on how far you are moving.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor s degree

3-5 years background as a practitioner or consultant in the HR and Talent profession.

Working understanding of HR, talent, and learning topics and the ability to discuss these topics, uncover challenges, and devise solutions

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce Preferred)

Ability to absorb research content quickly and relate it to other existing material

Excellent judgment, problem-solving capability and organizational skills

Exceptional attention to detail and quality

Ability to communicate professionally and intelligently to internal/external clients

Ability to synthesize substantive content and articulate that in writing

Ability to diagnose member needs and align to appropriate resources

Superior self-management: organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills

Strong ethos of client support and service with a dedication to identifying client problems and developing creative solutions

Flexibility in terms of working outside the narrow confines of the role as needed and being creative in finding ways to ensure member satisfaction

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet applications

Willing and able to work out of the Lake Mary, FL or Gilbert, AZ USDC Office (Some relocation assistance is provided)
