Work You ll DoLead and deliver data management components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for the financial services industry. Oversee implementation of MDM, data governance, data warehouses, analytical reports and data quality technologies. Lead the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Design, develop, and implement systems and processes to capture, integrate and distribute information in an enterprise. Define areas of improvement to optimize data flows. Develop presentations and proposals for business development activities. Oversee the definition of strategies for data warehousing and reporting initiatives by analyzing the client's current and future state capabilities using maturity assessment tools. Build enterprise Data Warehousing (DW), business analytics, and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting solutions, and designing ETL interfaces, and audit and control checks, reports and dashboards using Informatica Power Center, SAP BusinessObjects (BO), Teradata, Erwin datamodeler, and UNIX shell scripting. Execute system integration test plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using HP Quality Center to deploy application codes. Develop BI metadata layers with physical and logical Star-Schema data models on RPD to deliver business insights. Oversee the building of analytical and historical reports in SAP BO Enterprise using Universe Designers, Report Developer and Report scheduling and creating visualizations. Design reporting solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Business Objects, and Cognos, and performing data profiling using Informatica Data Explorer. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any), MIS, CIS or a related field.Five years of progressively responsible experience providing data management services to clients in the financial services industry on behalf of a global consulting company.Must have five years of experience with:Building enterprise DW, business analytics, and BI reporting solutions, and designing ETL architecture, interfaces, and audit and control using Informatica Power Center, SAP BO, Teradata, Erwin Data modeler, and UNIX shell scripting;Executing system integration test plans and UAT using HP Quality Center to deploy application codes;Developing BI metadata layers with physical and logical Star-Schema data models on RPD to deliver business insights;Building analytical and historical reports in SAP BO Enterprise using Universe Designers, Report Developer and Report scheduling and creating visualizations;Designing reporting solutions using OBIEE, Business Objects, and Cognos, and performing data profiling using Informatica Data Explorer.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in a stated field plus three years of experience.Any suitable combination of experience, education and training is acceptable.80% travel required.
