Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions, M&A in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Oversee daily performance of team members to ensure project deliverables. Handle large-scale projects, evaluate findings, prepare reports and make recommendations. Identify key client business issues, evaluate and validate analysis, and determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative strategies. Make recommendations to clients in context of the overall engagement. Support the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. Lead the development of financial strategies that align with the client s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives. Coordinate projects across functional teams including IT leadership, development teams and testing teams. Lead telecom migration activates including ports, service activations, data conversion and device shipping utilizing Oracle, Toad, ITrack, Amdocs Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Order Management system (OMS), Telegence, Pega, MS Excel, Tableau and programming languages SQL, t-SQL, and UML. Lead implementation of conversions to migrate customers through legacy systems by leveraging relations across teams including business stakeholders and technical teams. Coordinate testing after the data merge for converged and migrated customers utilizing HP Quality Center, I-Track, Remedy, Toad, and MS SQL Server. Coordinate billing support for migrated customers including bill generation and bill validation utilizing Telegence, Ensemble, Convergys, Opus, SystemX, and Phoenix. Coordinate post launch support to troubleshoot any IT related issues utilizing HP Quality Center, I-Track, and Remedy. Provide subject matter expertise across components of IT including infrastructure, applications, IT operations, Active Directory, end-user computing, messaging, enterprise architecture and testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (Any), Business Administration, Management or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience Senior Consultant, Consulting Manager, or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Coordinating projects across functional teams including IT leadership, development teams and testing teams;

  • Leading telecom migration activates including ports, service activations, data conversion and device shipping utilizing Oracle, Toad, ITrack, Amdocs Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Order Management system (OMS), Telegence, Pega, MS Excel, Tableau and programming languages SQL, t-SQL, and UML;

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

  • 80% travel required.
