Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Enterprise Operations, Finance & Enterprise Performance in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Facilitate definition of requirements, use cases, product management, and functional specifications along with validation and testing services for clients. Deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Contribute to the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, including scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Handle testing activities, including system, integration, user acceptance and performance testing. Execute testing strategies for large-scale programs and ensure requirements traceability throughout the system development lifecycle. Contribute to the development of test plans, test scenarios, and test cases, execution of test cases, and documentation of test results. Analyze and document project business and functional requirements to provide technical designs for complex business needs. Design Hyperion planning and Enterprise Performance Management applications (EPMA), Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS), Essbase cubes, webforms, task lists, menus, workflows, and application securities for financial planning and budgeting processes and working through the setup, configuration, design, build, test, support and user training phases. Design solutions to support business requirements and functions for metadata maintenance and metadata cleanup using Oracle Data Relationship Management. Design hierarchy structures, imports, exports, blenders, defined and derived properties, and reports to manage enterprise wide master data using Oracle Data Relationship management. Create audit reports and difference exports using Oracle Data Relationship Management for business users to analyze metadata and hierarchy changes. Use planning and reporting tools Hyperion financial reports, Smart View ad hoc reports, and Interactive-reporting dashboards for development works through project requirements. Maintain the automation, backup, performance tuning and optimization of Essbase cubes and calculation scripts. Prepare detailed plans for migration and production rollouts and releases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any), MIS, CIS or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience as a Manager, Senior Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Analyzing and documenting project business and functional requirements to provide technical designs for complex business needs;

  • Designing Hyperion planning and Enterprise Performance Management applications (EPMA), Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS), Essbase cubes, webforms, task lists, menus, workflows, and application securities for financial planning and budgeting processes and working through the setup, configuration, design, build, test, support and user training phases;

  • Designing solutions to support business requirements and functions for metadata maintenance and metadata cleanup using Oracle Data Relationship Management;

  • Designing hierarchy structures, imports, exports, blenders, defined and derived properties, and reports to manage enterprise wide master data using Oracle Data Relationship management;

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.

  • 80% travel required.
