As an Architect in our Hybrid-Operate group, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside leading professionals across diverse industries.
Work you'll do
As a key member of the Risk and Financial Advisory architecture council support team you will be responsible for helping build guidance and technical documentation related to various reference architectures, policies and procedures, etc. You will work with the enterprise architects to understand their solutions and help them write the technical guides, develop architecture diagram and other related documentation such as FAQs and instruction manuals for various solutions. Additionally, you'll come up with intuitive ways to present complex technical information to the development community.
The desired candidate is an organized, self-driven individual with a proven ability to achieve development objectives. They will have the ability to work be successful while working independently or as part of a team and will be able to adapt quickly to shifts in priorities and/objectives. Lastly, they will be passionate about learning and applying their technical skills and experiences to solve real-world problems, and possess strong listening, verbal, & written communication skills.

The architecture council is growing team of architects and developers focused on evolving how we architect, develop, and deliver our next-generation technology solutions. Our goals are to introduce more consistency and cross-teaming into our processes, allowing us to expedite solution development and reduce cost.

Qualifications
Required
5+ years developing solution architecture diagrams and guidance documentation
3+ years developing documentation and guidance related to cloud-native solutions
Good understanding of different modern solution architectures like n-tier solutions, microservices, etc.
Good understanding of different cloud computing providers and solutions
Strong skills in creating intuitive technical presentations
Strong skills in creating clean and informative solution and infrastructure architecture diagrams and tools needed to create them
Strong skills creating Wikis using markdown
Strong skills creating technical user manuals and how-to guides
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Experience building and maintaining content using one of the industry leading Content Management solutions.
Experience writing technical case-studies and comparison documentation.
