Cyber Digital Identity and Access Management SailPoint Solution Delivery Lead

Work you'll do

As Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions team Solution Delivery Consultant, you will:

  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards

  • Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement

  • Understand complex business and information technology management processes Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services.

  • Architect, design, and implement large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions.

  • Post design configurations, Advanced debugging and troubleshooting of issues, including interacting with technology vendors.

  • Contribute to eminence activities, such as whitepapers pertaining to IAM technologies.

  • Lead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model for multiple projects.

  • Responsible to install, integrate, deploy and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ

  • Develop and Customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components, connectors, workflows, and integration modules.

  • Implement custom rules, scripts, and Plugins to extend the functionality of SailPoint IdentityIQ as needed.

  • Perform day-to-day operations of the IAM processes in SailPoint IdentityIQ which includes Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager.

  • Lead process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives that are relevant for the project delivery and help factor reusability and related benefits.

  • Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation.

  • Support in responding to proposals for multiple clients related to IAM.

  • Support post-sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.

  • Manage project scope, schedule, status and documentation.

  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with the clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6+ years of industry experience in working Identity and Access Management technologies.

  • Candidate should have overall 5+ years of experience implementing SailPoint IAM projects.

  • 2+ years managing projects through the full system development lifecycle.

  • Experience in implementing and leading at least two end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations, including but not limited to strategy road map, requirements gathering, analysis, use cases documentation, design, defining architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post deployment support.

  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business or relevant field.

  • Limited visa sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred

  • Sailpoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer preferred

  • Experience in carrying out application integrations with SailPoint IIQ dealing with advanced or custom connectors.

  • Experience in integration with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc.

  • Experience in supporting User acceptance testing and knowledge transfer activities.

  • Experience in technologies, such as Java, LDAP, RDBMS, and Linux (Shell Scripting knowledge would be preferred).

  • Good knowledge of Web/application servers (e.g. IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache etc.)

  • Experience in hands-on development, effort estimations, team management and fully customized implementations.

  • Advanced documentation and presentation skills and well-versed with software development life cycle processes

  • Ability to create, plan, and execute advanced SailPoint IIQ trainings and independently drive proof of concepts involving emerging SailPoint products like SecurityIQ and IdentityNow.

  • Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Understanding and familiarity with Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, Windows).

  • Understanding of skills like - OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP and Network Protocols (SSL, SSH, FTP, SMTP, HTTP and HTTPS etc.)

  • IdenityNow, Okta, Forgerock, CyberArk certification a plus

  • PMP, CISSP certification, and exposure to other security domains a plus

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 84,360-162,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
