The Product Management Lead is a client facing, leader within Hybrid Solutions and Incubation, with accountability for growing sales and revenue within the InSightIQ business. This position reports directly to the VP of InSightIQ.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Product Management Lead: Activation Lead will be responsible for building out the activations business This is a cross-sector role that will include leading client sales and project delivery teams, heading technical and data pipeline design, managing ecosystem (vendor) partnerships, developing contract documents, and building integrations across Deloitte offerings. The Activation Lead will be expected to both build the marketing activation capability for Deloitte as well as deliver direct revenue in the market through InSightIQ. This role will have a sales target of $2.5M in Activations revenue in FY22. On the InSightIQ team they will be a lead data science, technology, and consulting team members in both the US and USI. In that capacity they will play a key role in training and mentorship as well as leading work streams around product development, product enhancement, sales proposals, and project delivery.

The Activation Lead is expected to have significant experience across three domains:

  • 4 Years in Consulting, Product Development, Data and Ad/MarTech.

  • They will have a proven track record of selling in the market and owning executive level relationships with both vendors and clients. They will engage daily with leadership at Deloitte and senior executives within clients and vendors.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

  • Bachelor’s degree



  • Experience with development of products involving data manipulation and visualization.

  • High energy/high focus.

  • Ability to juggle many competing priorities/deadlines.

  • Strong technical background combined with solid business experience.

  • Highest personal integrity and team-orientation.

  • Highly collaborative and with the ability to lead by influence.

  • Highly self-motivated, passionate team-oriented individual.
