The team: Our team works with clients to solve their most complex and strategic operational challenges by providing traditional and hybrid managed services that leverage the latest technology and innovation. We provide a broad range of CFO managed services ranging from Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Financial Planning and Analysis. Many of our clients are trying to keep up with competitors by relying purely on their internal talent and tools. Work you'll do: As a Senior Manager you will work in a collaborative and diverse team environment designing, implementing, and operating finance and accounting managed services to our clients. Deloitte brings world-class operational know-how, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions experience to our clients; specializing in but not limited to: finance transformation and operating model design for Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report and Financial Planning and Analysis; and technology support and development for Finance IT technologies such as Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Trintech, Blackline, etc.. Illustrative activities include:
Work directly with clients during the sales cycle to understand their managed service requirements, including processes organization, and technology landscape
Lead development of comprehensive proposals, staffing plans and pricing models
Design and architect managed service solutions, transition plans, and ongoing operations policies and procedures
Define, recruit, and train operational teams to support managed services engagements
Manage engagement quality, risk, timelines, and resources during transition and ongoing operations
Identify operational improvements that drive increased efficiency using leading practices in AI and RPA
Manage relationships with client leadership /stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the sales cycle and/or engagement
Evaluate requirements to establish a solution that addresses customer needs and delivers business value
Attend customer meetings to assist in qualifying opportunities and presenting Deloitte's value proposition
Leverage experience designing, executing, and supporting IT cloud solutions
Present knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends in client meetings
Ability to discuss finance cloud solutions in detail with clients and prepare materials for inclusion in presentations and proposals
Support pursuit teams with managed infrastructure solutions and service design materials
10+ years consulting/and or BPO experience in Finance and Accounting IT Solutions in a Managed Service environment
5+ years experience as the Delivery Lead of Finance IT managed service operation. Scope of delivered services should include cloud solutions across Finance including EPM tools, close and consolidation systems, reporting systems, etc.
Business development experience including sales and RFP response development
Team leadership experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel up to 25% (While up to 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice
Familiarity with broader CFO managed services in the areas of analytics, data management, and Finance IT tools support and maintenance
Established leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business
Experience with developing eminence, thought ware, and point-of-view materials
Experience mentoring and coaching others
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation experience (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
