Work you ll do
As a Junior Strategy Consultant, you will work with the GES Technology team, owners of Deloitte s proprietary technology solution, GlobalAdvantage, on driving strategic projects and executive communications that will shape the future of our global GES practice. You will collaborate with leaders across GES Technology to deliver results. You will own deliverables and execute with expectations of high-quality results. Additional responsibilities include:
Understanding GES Technology / GlobalAdvantage (GA) vision including vision for the various applications within the GA suite.
Supporting strategic initiatives and various project management activities, taking ownership of deliverables from start to finish.
Developing persuasive and impactful presentations conveying complex ideas in a simple, easy-to-understand manner in MS PowerPoint for different stakeholder groups including global, executive audiences.
Developing internal and external communications to deliver key messages for the GES Technology group.
Contributing to the development of and execution against a communications roadmap outlining key milestones across GES Technology initiatives.
Work with quality assurance teams to obtain reviews on communications and other deliverables.
Manage the GES Technology shared mailbox and route incoming messages to appropriate colleagues.

1-2 years of experience working on strategic initiatives within a large, matrixed, and complex organization
A strategic thinker with the ability to develop unique and creative ways to solve problems and engage a varied stakeholder group
Ability to perform tasks and proactively obtain guidance from managers to build high-quality deliverables
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of others and develop relationships across the organization; ability to manage upwards and seek feedback on a regular basis
Experience developing communications, both written and verbal, in both PowerPoint and Word
Ability to communicate effectively with clarity and precision in both written and verbal capacities
A Bachelor s degree, ideally in communications, business administration, management information systems, or related field
Ability to travel up to 10%
Previous Big 4 or major consulting experience
Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
