User Experience Architect

Work you ll do

A successful User Experience (UX) Architect will be someone who can help shape the design strategies for the client systems, and deliver an easy to use and rich experience for the end users and clients. The UX architect will be responsible for supporting and engaging product development teams in user and consumer research activities during problem discovery and promoting design thinking and alignment within the team. The candidate should be able to continuously provide leadership in creating a highly-engaged user and consumer base, including continued development of the platform that hits specific engagement KPIs, and promotes product initiatives and business cases that provides the highest value.

On a day to day basis the individual will work closely with the product and design teams to build a research plan, uncover insights that shape user experiences, and map their latent needs to new strategic initiatives and opportunities for product innovation. They will also be responsible for managing and leading highly talented teams to translate qualitative and quantitative data, and leverage consumer feedback to build compelling stories that establishes enduring empathetic connections and continuously improves the system.

We are looking for a candidate that not only possesses the technical and project delivery experience, but is equally adept at working with clients and demonstrating that he/she understands the business issues and concerns. They will actively participate in evolving UX strategies, discover, pilot new tools and resources that promote agile and lean methodologies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with cross functional teams/cultures.

The team

Our Health Technology team implements repeatable solutions to solve our government clients most critical health technology related issues. We advise on, design, implement and deploy solutions focused on government health agencies heart of the business issues including claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics and health case management.

Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to leverage reusable, interoperable and flexible solutions that will enable them to reduce costs, improve health outcomes and respond to public health crises. Professionals will use their deep health, government and technology consulting experience to strategically help solve our client s technology challenges.


Required Skills:

Minimum of seven (7) years experience, in marketing analytics, customer experience/customer insights and/or customer strategy; and have experience with health and human services programs

Minimum of five (5) years experience, gathering consumer and user business data, analyzing the data, to quantify and inform User Experience (UX) strategies

Minimum of five (5) years experience, applying UX Design, implementing UX methodologies and best practices, and designing wireframes or prototypes for research validation

Creating quality deliverables as needed by the end customer

Desired Skills:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience implementing, or performing maintenance and operations on a large health care based enterprise wide system
