Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consultant, Commercial Excellence & Experience, Customer & Marketing in Dallas, TX and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You ll Do
Function as integrator between business needs and technology solutions. Help to create functional and technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Responsibilities include, among others, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, solutioning, architecting, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementation. Perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues. Work within a collaborative engagement model to help clients define, design, and implement technology solutions. Help to define business requirements and process design, including scenario design and flow mapping. Support in creating functional designs, prototype test planning and execution, coordinate training, and document operational support procedures. Design and distribute monthly email campaigns for marketing purposes and provide metrics on response rates. Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, schedule and conduct UAT sessions, and prioritize enhancements and defects for development teams. Build functional requirements specifications decks for design and development processes for leadership. Drive Site Acceptance testing (SAT) efforts to ensure user stories are developed as per acceptance criteria and re-test defects in Site Acceptance testing (SAT), UAT and production. Design and configure products and price-books for product. Design quote templates based on client specifications in Salesforce. Configure and customize Salesforce platforms to best fit client requirements. Prepare training documentation and deliver training sessions to client end users. Identify and analyze data de-duplication requirements to provide development teams with true data sets for system updates.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Engineering (any), Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.
One year of experience as a consultant or a related occupation.
Must have one year of experience with:
Designing and distributing monthly email campaigns for marketing purposes and providing metrics on response rates;
Completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, scheduling and conducting UAT sessions, and prioritizing enhancements and defects for development teams;
Building functional requirements specifications decks for design and development processes for leadership;
