The Deloitte US Consulting Commercial Team is looking for a sharp, analytical change strategist who is comfortable navigating ambiguity to deliver on our promise of enhanced go-to-market skills and success for Consulting leaders at all levels and the #1 Talent Experience for Commercial Team members. The Strategic Change & Comms Consultant will work with Commercial Team leadership (Client Excellence, Ecosystems & Alliances, Marketing, and Sales Excellence) to activate our ambitious strategic priorities and talent goals.

Work You'll Do
The Commercial Strategic Change & Internal Communications Consultant will support the Consulting Commercial Team across a portfolio of high impact strategic projects by developing and delivering change management plans, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and taking part in team problem solving. Our stakeholders are senior Commercial Leadership (i.e., Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Consulting Sales, Ecosystems & Alliances, and Client Excellence Leaders) and key Consulting leadership (i.e., ExCo, Management Committee, and Industry and Offering Portfolio network leaders). You will also help foster Commercial Team culture and engagement for our 600+ person team.
Ideal candidates will have change management and communications experience as well as strong core consulting skills demonstrated by the ability to:
Support strategy efforts and execution of strategic priorities such as Commercial Insights (AI generated sales and marketing insights) or Sales capability building across the organization
Conduct change impact assessment and develop and deliver change management plans and communication strategies for strategic priorities utilizing PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
Support strategic communication needs in support of business priorities, including internal news to employees, content for the company intranet, employee presentations, digital assets, leadership communications, etc.
Build the foundation for strong team culture through team building and culture programming
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Comfortably work in a virtual environment - both independently and on a team

Composed of Marketing, Sales Excellence, Client Excellence, and Ecosystems & Alliances, the Commercial Team collaborates with Industries, Offering Portfolios, and New Business Innovation to develop GTM strategies that deliver on business priorities, create preference in the marketplace, and realize value in innovative ways.
2+ years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with experience in change management and organizational development - proven experience in a consulting and/or client-facing environment
Travel up to 10%
Location: US **Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Experience juggling multiple priorities, delivering against aggressive deliverable timelines, and reporting on status of multiple workstreams
Knowledge of and comfort with strategic change, executive engagement, internal comms, and talent experience topics
Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the firm, including top leadership - demonstrated executive presence
Success and comfort operating in an unstructured environment and leading through ambiguity
Unyielding focus on quality results (analyses and deliverables)
Expert in Microsoft applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both in-person and virtual settings
Team player with a "customer-focused" mentality
Ability to coordinate across many constituents
Understanding of the firm's initiatives and systems including exposure to business development (i.e. proposal development, sales, etc.)
Strong organizational and coordination skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet tight deadlines
