Work You ll Do

Develop Identity and Access Management implementation plans in accordance with risk management and IAM strategy, working with infrastructure designers, application solution architects, product management, and suppliers architects. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement, access reviews, audits, and certifications. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services for identity and access management. Serve as subject matter expert in the selection and tailoring of third-party cyber risk management approaches, methods, and tools to support delivery of third-party cyber risk assessment services, including use of Agile technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement third-party cyber risk assessment services. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Generate innovative ideas and participate in decision making with engagement management. Build and nurture strong client relationships. Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that products/deliverables meet contract/work plan. Develop automation codes/frameworks for identity and access management platforms to help reduce the IT operating costs of clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).

  • Eighteen months of experience developing and implementing IAM solutions.

  • Eighteen months of experience must include:

  • Gathering requirements and designing and implementing Security and Identity Management solutions (IDM), and performing digital and enterprise identity lifecycle management through centralized provisioning and de-provisioning, access request workflows and approvals, periodic access review through certification and attestation, Role Based Access Governance/Controls (RBAC), and password management using identity management product stacks, including Oracle Identity Governance (Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Analytics), SailPoint Identity IQ, and Microsoft Identity Management;

  • Designing, developing, configuring, testing, deploying, and providing post-deployment support for the integration of enterprise-wide, on-premise systems, including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, AS400, Linux, Oracle Database, Oracle Unified Directory, Entrust Certification Authority, SAP ERP Systems (S4HANA, Fiori, SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)), and cloud and SaaS apps, including Concur, Coupa, Office 365, Ariba, ServiceNow, Veracode, GitHub with Oracle Identity Manager, and SailPoint Identity IQ;

  • Implementing Oracle Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including Segregation of Duties (SoD) across various business cycles;

  • Creating data interfaces, defining data configuration controls, and mapping security role assignments for users within Oracle ERP;

  • Configuring and implementing enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Kerberos Authentication, and Identity Federation using protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID connect, and access management products including Azure Active Directory, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Federation, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Duo Security, Oracle Unified Directory, and CA SiteMinder;

  • Utilizing JAVA/J2EE technologies to develop custom schedulers, SOAP/REST Web services, connectors, workflows, and event-driven triggers;

  • Implementing enterprise-grade password security and privileged account management using Thycotic and Oracle PAM solutions;

  • Implementing and configuring enterprise user security (EUS) with Oracle Database Server enterprise Edition (ODSEE) for centrally managing database users and role memberships with LDAP directories, including Microsoft Active Directory and Oracle Unified Directory, to reduce administrative costs and increase security;

  • Developing and implementing build and deployment/automation scripts through concurrent versioning systems such as CVS, SVN, GitHub, and Jenkins; and

  • Utilizing Oracle service-oriented architecture (SOA) technologies to develop custom approval workflows, request escalations, reminders, data adapters, and business activity monitoring adapters.

  • Position requires 70% travel.
