Deloitte Advisory - Senior Consultant - Treasury Transformation - SAP in Dallas, Texas

Treasury technology services is a key enabler for transforming an organization's treasury capabilities. Our team has established strong relationships with top treasury technology vendors (including SAP treasury, Kyriba, FIS, Ion/WSS and many others) in addition to possessing deep systems expertise and implementation experience across these leading technology platforms. As our clients look at technology for its organizations, we can help them think through its treasury technology strategy, evaluate, and select technologies as well as design and implement technology solutions including ERP-based treasury technologies as well as stand-alone treasury management systems. We further implement automation solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for increased efficiencies and help our clients build treasury analytics for improved effectiveness of the treasury function.

Business Overview

Our team specializes in delivering innovative treasury and risk management strategies, mergers and acquisitions, treasury transformations and technology solution delivery to CFOs and finance executives.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in contributing to the growth and development of the firm through your expertise in SAP Treasury.

Work you'll do

  • Lead engagement planning and budgeting for SAP Treasury Transformation/Integration projects

  • Mobilize and manage project teams to deliver high-quality work products

  • Define deliverable structure and content, ensuring on-time delivery of projects

  • Manage project economics and risks

  • Provide subject matter expertise in SAP Treasury processes including cash management, capital markets, accounting for cash and treasury instruments, exposure management, and hedge accounting

  • Execute SAP Treasury configurations and end-user processes (such as executing t-codes)

  • Integrate SAP Treasury with trading platforms and market data feeds

  • Lead teams through the entire SAP Treasury implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, cutover and go-live

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with a strong academic record. Advanced degree such as MBA or CFA is highly recommended

  • 3+ years of professional experience in SAP Treasury Transformation/Integration in consulting or corporate treasury environment

  • Hands-on expertise in corporate treasury processes including cash management, capital markets, cash and treasury instruments accounting, exposure management, and hedge accounting

  • Subject matter expertise in complex treasury processes like bilateral and multilateral netting, exposure management, physical and notional pooling, and in-house banking

  • Trading expertise, executing FX trades, interest rate swaps, investments, debt and securities

  • Expertise in bank connectivity and bank relationship management, including BAI2 formats, MT940/942/101 formats, SWIFT Standards, EDI and SWIFT Service Bureau process automation

  • Experience with SAP integration with trading platforms (e.g. FXall, 360T) and market data feeds (e.g. Bloomberg and Reuters)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Ability to travel up to 40% - 70% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, Jersey City and California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City, Jersey City and California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,938 - $160,938

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
