Deloitte & Touche LLP seeks an Advisory Associate 6 in Dallas, TX.

Work You ll Do

Perform a key role in conducting new pattern or style of third-party assessment for existing or new clients and translating findings to internal teams for Identity and Access Management services. Perform project management, including client resources and teams, risk evaluations, assessment kick-off, post-assessment issues, and liaise with client executives. Mentor and train junior team members, including review of their work. Gather operational data from stakeholders and produce meaningful dashboards to leadership for strategic decision making and for gaining an understanding team function. Create reference documents, processes and playbooks by combining internally-developed and client-based methodologies to ensure access to resources and consistency across the team, in accordance with new client partnerships. Support business development, including drafting Statement of Work (SOW) and Product Requirements Document (PRD), and architecting entity partnerships. Assist in the selection and tailoring of third-party cyber risk management approaches, methods and tools to support delivery of third party cyber risk assessment services, including use of Agile technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement third-party cyber risk assessment services. Perform ongoing third party risk assessments to help clients identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks related to third parties, and provide recommendations for managing those risks. Perform quality assurance of assessment reports.



  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).

  • Eighteen months of cybersecurity experience.

  • Experience must include eighteen months of:

  • Performing requirements gathering, architecture, design, and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Desktop and Web Single Sign on (SSO), Multi-factor Authentication, Kerberos Authentication, Directory Services, and Identity Federation using authentication protocols, including SAML 2.0, Open ID Connect and OAuth 2.0, WS-Federation, Enterprise Identity Life cycle Management Provisioning/De Provisioning Connectors, Workflows, Role based Access Control (RBAC), Delegated Administration Services, Password Management, Access Certifications, Web service API security, and Threat Management;

  • Designing and integrating web, SaaS, and mobile applications from various platforms and systems utilizing Azure Active Directory (AD), Azure AD Business to Consumer (B2C), Oracle Identity Governance, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Identity Federation, Amazon Web Services (AWS) IAM, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), On-premise Active Directory, Oracle Adaptive Access Manager, Oracle API Gateway, and Oracle Unified Directory to perform IAM services;

  • Developing patterns, prototypes, and services for IAM Solutions to secure Cloud and On-Premise applications based on J2EE, .NET Framework, Angular Java Script (JS), and iOS;

  • Designing and implementing the automation of DevOps security services, including SSO, and performing application provisioning for tools, including Jenkins, XLRelease, SonarQube, and AWS;

  • Configuring monitoring solutions, including threshold monitoring, log monitoring, high availability and disaster recovery (DR) reports, and monitoring weekly and daily performance dashboards for Oracle IAM Suite product servers using Oracle Enterprise Manager to provide automated alerts and notifications on threshold warnings;

  • Designing and implementing automated identity lifecycle reports using Oracle BI Publisher (OBIP) for SarbanesOxley (SOX) compliance audits;

  • Developing scripts for Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases using scripting languages, including Windows PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript;

  • Leveraging Agile process and methodologies for project delivery; and

  • Supporting effort estimations and project assessment, project tracking and reporting, reviewing project deliverables, and implementing project transition plans, and communicating with teams to discuss regulatory requirements for project deliverables, and reporting project status to client and business stakeholders.

  • Position requires approximately 60% travel.
