Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Specialist Senior, Customer & Marketing, Advertising, Marketing & Commerce in Costa Mesa, CA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Designing and implementing solutions that engage and activate customers through the customer journey. Synthesizing overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Engaging in research and analysis to derive insight on the needs of diverse customers to enable global Fortune 500 companies to drive innovation and achieve new market/industry penetration and growth in specific targeted geographies. Conducting customer segmentation and mapping out the journey of these customers through the company s processes. Identifying and addressing the unique needs and challenges of different customer segments to perform targeted data collection and analytics that results in solutions for clients, including differential targeted strategies by geography. Driving innovative and transformative solutions for global Fortune 500 companies that address their next generational needs. Conducting detailed analyses in focused specialty areas to draw conclusions, and developing pertinent and insightful recommendations based on structured frameworks. Creating pricing models. Analyzing digital platforms and their ability to engage users from different demographics, as well as the risk potential for negative user experience. Utilizing critical and analytical thinking skills to assist in determining the requirements of clients projects and programs through defining, analyzing, and managing data sets to meet client needs and expectations. Guiding conversations with client workstreams to help determine the exact needs and expectations of the project and then confirming these with client leadership. Providing guidance and direction to corporate clients on the product engagement of diverse consumers providing analytical insight into the needs of consumers with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Examining client products and how they historically and currently interact with users from different demographics, as well as the risk potential for negative user experience based on identity factors. Architecting marketing technology solutions in Salesforce using data obtained from databases and Middleware software, including Mulesoft. Creating database design and email content for marketing inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Deploying applications in the test and production environments and conducting User Acceptance Testing, including fixing bugs in Agile methodology and fixing technical errors utilizing Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL), Postman, SOAP UI, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), and Javascript. Developing web content using .NET, MS SQL Server, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and mapping the data to the content built using Informatica, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Server Integration Services (SIS), Erwin, Windows, and Unix. Developing, supporting, maintaining, and implementing complex project modules for reporting using Cognos, Spotfire, and SQL Service Reporting Services. Performing code reviews using JIRA and Agile Manager. Collecting business requirements, converting them into technical documentation, and presenting them using MS Visio, Advanced MS Powerpoint, and Advanced MS Word.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.

  • Two years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Architecting marketing technology solutions in Salesforce using data obtained from databases and Middleware software, including Mulesoft;

  • Creating database design and email content for marketing inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud;

  • Deploying applications in the test and production environments and conducting User Acceptance Testing, including fixing bugs in Agile methodology and fixing technical errors utilizing Microsoft SQL, Postman, SOAP UI, HTML, and Javascript;

  • Developing web content using .NET, MS SQL Server, and CSS, and mapping the data to the content built using Informatica, SSRS, SIS, Erwin, Windows, and Unix;

  • Developing, supporting, maintaining, and implementing complex project modules for reporting using Cognos, Spotfire, and SQL Service Reporting Services;

  • Performing code reviews using JIRA and Agile Manager;

  • Collecting business requirements, converting them into technical documentation, and presenting them using MS Visio, Advanced MS Powerpoint, and Advanced MS Word.

  • 80% travel required.
