You will work on engagements in a team-based environment, partnering directly with clients, fellow Operations Transformation practitioners, and Deloitte consultants from complementary disciplines. As a Senior Consultant, you will help lead workstreams within the context of a larger engagement, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing actionable recommendations. You will help present your team's findings to senior client stakeholders, implement recommendations, and begin to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with client counterparts.
4+ years of strategy and/or operations transformation experience at a top-tier consulting firm OR a financial services institution
Track record of working in a collaborative, team-based environment to solve business challenges and drive change in large organizations
Experience directly leading workstreams and/or small teams within the context of a larger project
Exceptional quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing (e.g., MS PowerPoint)
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must live within a commutable distance from the following cities: Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; San Francisco, CA; San Jose, CA; Costa Mesa, CA; Sacramento, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV.

Subject matter expertise in a financial services sub-area like Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Transaction Banking, Wholesale Banking, Cards & Payments, Wealth Management, Investment Management, Real Estate, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Insurance Products, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, or Distribution
Experience with financial services sector technology platforms and digital innovation
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131K - $219K.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
