Work you'll do

As an HR Transformation Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:

  • Gathering business requirements

  • Build consensus around business processes and design

  • Communication of HR Technology and Strategy capabilities

  • Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts

  • Configuration of HRIS application

    Qualifications

    Required:

  • 2 years' Experience with at least 1 full life cycle implementation

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Bachelor's Degree

    Preferred:

  • Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
