The Advisory PPMD Talent Matters team collaborates with business leaders to grow, develop, assess, and guide the career paths of our Partners, Principals and Managing Directors ("PPMDs") and provides strategic direction in an objective, unbiased manner for talent-related matters.

The Enabling Consultant is responsible for supporting the execution of the Deloitte Advisory PPMD Talent Matters strategy and associated operational priorities. As part of the Advisory PPMD organization, the Enabling Consultant is responsible for developing work products that advance the realization of people-related opportunities and solve complex people-related challenges. Projects may span PPMD talent and inclusion strategy, process, operations, and strategic and/or technology transformation, change management, strategic communications, and project management. The role may contribute across multiple workstreams including Direct Admits, Nominations, Performance Management, Leadership Development & Succession, Reporting, Compliance & Transitions. A high degree of flexibility and ability to handle ambiguity, changing priorities, and confidential information will be required.

Job overview:
To support the Deloitte Advisory PPMD Talent Matters team in executing the various processes related to Deloitte Advisory Partners, Principals and Managing Directors including:
Provides tracking for resignations, retirements, departures, and leave of absence updates (via Master File). Support our guide our PPMDs throughout the PPMD talent lifecycle.
Support PPMD Talent lead to engage with independence and risk to support mitigation measures in accordance with the Firm's corporate policies, standards, and procedures
Performs financial and leadership planning analysis and reporting, in addition to ad hoc requests
Works with PPMD Talent leads to help create and execute the strategy for developing PPMDs to cultivate a pipeline of diverse leaders who can readily step into client leadership and business management roles
Works with PPMD Talent Lead to collaborate with business leaders to create a high-performance culture where PPMDs are highly engaged to lead our client service delivery and our professionals .
Job responsibilities:
Perform numerous quantitative and analytic analyses
Handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion
Compose and produce correspondence, spreadsheets and presentation materials. Proofread these documents for accuracy
Assist in developing content and materials for presentations
Manage the Elevate performance management system
Manage and maintain the database that houses all of the information regarding demographics, appraisals, peering groups, and units (PEPS system)
Maintain the database used for admissions and promotions (APT)
Process Partner and Managing Director transitions (retirements, direct admits)
Effectively correspond/communicate with Deloitte Advisory Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors on a regular basis.
Effectively correspond/communicate with Deloitte Advisory Leadership
Liaise effectively with counterparts in other functions and National Partner Matters
Liaise with Finance teams to acquire data pertinent to performance management and admissions processes
Organize, plan and oversee meeting events
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Prior work experience in a Professional Services firm a plus
Solid analytical, research and problem solving skills
Professional, service minded attitude and executive demeanor; responsive
Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
Strong at multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and follow through.
Excellent computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
Strong project management, organization, coordination, analytical and critical-thinking skills, and a willingness to tackle both strategic priorities and operational processes
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to emerging priorities and self-managing in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Deliverable development including requirements gathering, analysis, storyboarding; strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
Work both independently and collaboratively with a team
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels

Must have flexibility to work overtime during peak times (April - August is busiest time)

Location: Open; including ability to work remotely
Travel: Occasional 2 to 4 times a year to support offsite meetings and 1 to 2 team meetings per year
