Talent Temporary Workforce: People Analytics Project Lead

This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment.

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our People Analytics Project Lead role between January 2025 and January 2026 for our Talent Experience team.

Work you'll do

  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

  • Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project objectives.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including regular status updates, meetings, and reports.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change requests.

  • Work in a dynamic, complex, client and team-focused environment with minimal oversight

  • Manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.

  • Ensure that PAR services are delivered in a coordinated and timely fashion.

    The Team The People Analytics & Research (PAR) Team collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change inside of Deloitte. Our teams (e.g., data science, surveys, candidate assessments, evaluation) provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.

This role will provide project, communication, and stakeholder management in support of data and reporting users. The team engages directly with Talent leadership/teams to deliver on requests across products and services PAR offers. We're looking for a versatile professional to be a key player in our journey to deliver holistic data driven insights to our Talent leaders and teams.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management or a related role

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in a PMO role, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets)

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Ability to travel 0-5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    Preferred:

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables:

  • In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks

  • In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources

  • In Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version control

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900-$134,300.
