Deloitte Infor Senior Consultant, EERPS in Columbus, Ohio

Infor Senior Consultants at Deloitte will help clients across different industries tackle the toughest questions from designing new manufacturing processes to increase flexibility, reduce lead time & reduce costs, to managing safety stock. This also includes investing in operational strategies and tactics that deliver these services to customers through enterprise program management, and business process optimization in distributed networks, outlets, back offices, and other functions.

However, our engagements are about more than implementing technology we work to generate sustainable business outcomes for our clients and professionals have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across networks.

The team

ERP SaaS

Our Emerging ERP SaaS team focuses on implementing cloud-based ERP and EPM applications such as Workday Financials, Adaptive Insights, Prism and Infor. This unique mix of technologies differentiate themselves from on-premise / cloud applications such as SAP and Oracle.

Qualifications

Required:

6 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

2 years of experience leading work streams or small teams

3 ERP Project Implementations as a senior team member or team lead

Experience in the full life cycle implementation of at least 2 Infor ERP projects (v10 or later)

Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training

Proficiency in multiple business processes including by not limited to:

o Procure-to-Pay (PTP)

o Order-to-Cash (OTC)

o General Ledger (GL)

o Fixed Asset Management (FA)

o Budgeting

o Cash Management

o Expense Management

Willingness for weekly client-based travel, up to 80-100% (Monday Thursday/Friday)

Bachelor s Degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred:

Experience implementing full life cycle Infor CloudSuite implementation; Financials or Infor Supply Chain or LN, M3 or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience (ie: NetSuite, Fusion Intact, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson, Workday)

An advanced degree in the area of specialization

Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes

Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation

A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements

Willingness to mentor junior staff

Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries

Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Ability to collaborate with clients
