Deloitte Digital Product / Program Manager in Columbus, Ohio

Work you'll do

  • Play a key role in technical planning, requirements gathering, development, testing and Architecting

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to resolve problems and implement solutions

The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences. We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of Digital Product Management, Program Management, or Project Management experience

  • JavaScript development experience

  • Portal Architecture exposure & experience

  • Experience building web portals and websites

  • Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Limited Sponsorship

Preferred:

  • PMP Certified

  • Architecture and design experience

  • Agile Project Management

  • Scrum Master Certified

  • Prior exposure supporting Government/Federal Digital Transformation efforts

  • Client management experience

  • Strong knowledge and experience with IBM WebSphere Portal and IBM Web Content Management

  • Project Management experience /exposure

  • Atlassian JIRA & Atlassian Confluence knowledge

  • Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder expectations
