Work you ll do
As a Project Delivery Analyst in the Forensics and Investigations group you will:
Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices
Lead and support tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not limited toOperations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management
Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope
Responsible for copying data to network, process data using Law Pre-Discovery and loading data in to requested database such as Relativity.
Provide daily updates on the status of tasks to Senior Systems Analyst or Lead Project Manager
Assists in setting up and operating end-user support program for major applications in support of specific projects
Sets up overall user training programs and workflow which require active on-going training and support to ensure that they are being used effectively, but also for litigation support and office automation applications
Organizes, prepares, schedules and conducts training sessions

Typically has 1 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
Ability to work independently under general guidance
Experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven
Professional oral and written communication skills
Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
At least four (4) years experience in the litigation support industry with a minimum of three (3) years in eDiscovery
Hands on experience with ESI data processing platforms (e.g. Law PreDiscovery)
At least one (1) year teaching/training experience involving computer applications, preferably database, imaging, or other automated litigation support applications preferred
Demonstrated ability in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Bachelor s Degree
