Senior Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated individual that can play an active role in implementing various compliance and communications campaigns as well as other strategic initiatives to protect, preserve, and enhance our reputation.
Work you'll do
As a team member, you'll act as a key point person between members of Anti-Corruption & Trade, Independence Conflicts Network, Confidentiality, and other internal leaders within Ethics & Compliance. You will also coordinate with R&BP communications and extended communications members throughout the Deloitte US Firm. In this role, you'll assist in developing and supporting various compliance and communications initiatives that promote Ethics & Compliance strategic mission. You'll use your exceptional organizational skills to develop timelines and work with diverse groups of virtually based professionals.
Responsibilities could include:
Develop, coordinate, and collaborate communications with internal leadership, sponsoring stakeholders, and management to support message alignment and implementation of activities
Assist in research, writing, and editing material, reports, and articles to be published on behalf of senior leadership across multiple channels
Maintain DeloitteNet webpages for all R&BP groups including ACT, ICN, and E&C and relevant pages; remain abreast of new technology and functionality to enhance user experience
Conduct design inspiration research
Contribute to the production communications and meeting materials for E&C leadership
Manage various group distribution lists
Enhance the development and maintenance of communication processes and procedures
Assist in managing the editorial calendar
Generate ideas for new ways to drive communications efforts and engagement
Manage secure and sensitive information appropriately and in compliance with Deloitte policies
Provide basic guidance and counsel to drive best practice standards across all communications activity
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; minimum three years of experience
Keen eye for detail and exceptional proofreading skills
Ability to shift priorities, multitask, and work independently
Superior oral and written communication skills and thorough knowledge of grammar
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to handle high volume of work and tight deadlines
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
SharePoint experience is preferred
Basic understanding of HTML coding is preferred
Ability to work beyond normal working hours when needed
Ability to travel 10%, on average
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $59035 to $108715.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
