Deloitte Lead Integration Engineer (Manager) - Top Secret Clearance Required - Colorado Springs Required in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Work you'll do

  • Lead integration engineer for a legacy platform modernization engagement, focused on integrating a modernized system into a legacy environment.

  • Manage integration and engineering activities for the program office in Agile project setting.

The Systems Engineering offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Systems Engineering offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business, provide operational value, drive down the cost of quality, and enhance technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance to be considered for this opportunity.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.

  • At least ten (10) years of experience leading system integration projects and legacy migration activities for a federal client.

  • Experience with Natural, ADABAS, and other related platforms.

  • Legacy system modernization, reverse engineering, DOD ITWAA process, code conversion.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Travel up to 20%

  • CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN COLORADO SPRINGS, CO

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $145,000 to $185,000.

Additional wording is also required around AIP and Incentive Comp, if applicable. You should only add the following language if your job is AIP and/or incentive comp-eligible.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
