Work you'll do
Document newly developed technical processes and tools
Understand complex technical documentation produced by third parties, such as: HIT product installation guides, HL7 technical specifications and implementation guides, etc.
Understand complex process needs and collaborate with cross-disciplinary stakeholders (both internal and external) to deliver high-quality business solutions
Produce the required documentation of high quality with minimal review cycles
Work independently with minimal supervision
Respond to multiple client needs simultaneously

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
5+ years' experience in the following: communications, knowledge management tools, technical writing tools (i.e. MadCap, Evernote, Grammarly, RoboHelp), Customer Relationship Management tools (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
Preferred:
Prior experience with Electronic Case Reporting (eCR), EHR vendor or product teams (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, etc), public health informatics, public health reporting, ELR, Syndromic Surveillance, HL7, HIEs, eHealth Exchange, Direct Trust, Carequality, CommonWell
Background in continuous business improvement
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $61,000-$91,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
