Crafting and executing strategic plans that align with the broader objectives of our business and the goals of our clients.
Designing, planning, and supervising the program and its activities, ensuring they stay within the constraints of budget, time, and scope.
Providing guidance and motivation to the project teams involved in the program. Your leadership will be key in driving performance and achieving outcomes.
Serving as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, managing expectations through effective communication. Your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between the program's objectives and stakeholders' expectations.
Identifying and managing potential risks and issues. You will be expected to implement mitigation plans and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring the smooth operation of the program.
Developing and managing the program budget. Your role will involve making key decisions on resource allocation across projects, ensuring the most effective use of our resources.
Monitoring the progress of the program and providing regular reports to all relevant stakeholders. Your insights will be instrumental in steering the program towards its goals.
Ensuring all projects within the program meet our quality standards and comply with organizational procedures and policies. Your vigilance will ensure the integrity and excellence of our deliverables.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active Top Secret security clearance required
Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be able to work onsite in Colorado Springs
5+ years' of experience managing multiple complex projects
5+ years' of program/project management experience
5+ years' of experience working in cyber or information technology
5+ years' experience managing teams of 20+ individuals
2+ years' experience managing program budget
2+ years' experience creating and executing strategic plans for business and client goals
Preferred:
Master's Degree
PMP Certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,659.00 to $188,875.00.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
