Work you'll do:
Process, interpret and document business processes, products, services and software through analysis of data.
Identify business areas that can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes.
May oversee the efforts of less junior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job

Qualifications
Required Skills :
MA/MS degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active Secret security clearance required
10+ years of business analyst experience
Preferred Additional Qualification: Demonstrated experience planning and leading major technology assignments including providing expertise in technical government environments, assisting customers in properly structuring technology assignments, performing reconciliation between several systems, coordinating with multiple stakeholder groups, and an ability to flex across multiple projects.

This compensation range is specific to Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,658 to $ 179,431.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
