Deloitte's SAP practice helps clients move from legacy systems to enterprise-wide solutions by efficiently designing and implementing SAP solutions. Each SAP implementation focuses on achieving results that support businesses strategies through process improvement, technology, and innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 12 years' relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry

  • At least 8 years of experience working in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry or with A&D clients

  • Deep knowledge and implementation experience with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), CS (Customer Service) AND PM (Plant Maintenance)

  • Hands on configuration and design experience with SAP SD, CS, and PM

  • Deep knowledge in aftermarket business processes, including component and heavy MRO, plant maintenance, and customer service

  • S4 HANA implementation experience

  • Experience leading at least 5 end-to-end SAP Supply Chain implementations from planning through go-live

  • Experience leading presales, proposals, and RFPs

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    Desired:

  • Prior "Big 4" consulting experience

  • Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies

  • Signavio experience

  • Greenfield implementation experience

  • Master's degree

    Wages + Salary

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,325 to $278,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
