Work you ll do:

As a Salesforce Implementation and Technical Lead within ConnectMe, you will use your knowledge and experience with innovative Salesforce to optimize business results by:

  • Being directly involved in the continuous development of ConnectMe, Deloitte s proprietary product built on the platform.

  • Working with your clients to understand their functional and technical requirements in order to architect solutions to solve their business issues.

  • Being responsible for delivering systems and enhancements developed from established requirements by working closely with Onshore counterparts, clients, developers, implementation partners etc.

  • Providing your expert knowledge of to support the implementation of the product to our clients.

  • Supporting the team by building custom demos of the product to show clients the power of ConnectMe

  • Being a knowledgeable liaison with Onshore/Offshore counterparts and business stakeholders providing technical solution options and recommendations

Based out of our US Delivery Centers in Orlando Florida, Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania or Gilbert Arizona, you will work with the Deloitte Consulting organization to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. If not local to one of these locations, we can help by providing relocation assistance depending on how far you are moving.

  • Working with SFDC Service Cloud, Sales Cloud or in application design, architecture and development using

  • Experience leading / managing a work stream on enterprise implementations

  • Provide ConnectMe configuration solutions to client needs

  • Ability to act as both a functional and technical architect for Salesforce deployments

  • Debugging and resolving custom components including integration components for SFDC, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex call out, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders and ETL Tools - e.g. Datastage

  • Act as end-to-end implementation consultant for clients, navigating them through implementations leveraging design thinking and agile techniques

  • Provide sales support as needed including acting as a subject matter expert and potentially configuring system for client demos with quick turnaround time

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product center of excellence team, product development team etc.

  • Strong problem solving, communication and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6 years of related experience in Salesforce

  • Experience leading a team

  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies

  • Experience with Service Cloud and Communities

  • Strong technical foundation with advanced structured programming - APEX,, .Net, Java, SOA

  • Experience working in Agile environments

  • Experience working with code migration tools like Github, Jenkins etc.

  • Must be located out of one of our USDC offices (Orlando, FL - Gilbert, AZ (Phoenix area) - Mechanicsburg, PA)

  • Up to 20% Travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Salesforce Lightning

  • External consulting experience with a big consulting firm

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferredin computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field

  • Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Administrator and App Builder Certifications

  • Knowledge of the HR function & processes
