Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Customer & Marketing, Advertising, Marketing & Commerce in Cleveland, OH and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Manage transactional aspects of a project lifecycle including SOW drafting and signing, expenses, hours billed, and WBS codes. Lead proposal work, including development of delivery approach, methodology, and building pricing models as part of project bidding processes. Lead internal aspects of the Commercial Spend Practice, including practice staffing and availability, pipeline management, and development of eminence material. Develop strategic plans and recommend key design decisions for processes and systems to optimize sales and marketing spend for clients. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure deliverables are attained. Oversee and manage relationship with the client and act as on-site project leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM degree or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Developing long term strategic plans for Consumer and Retail organizations in the areas of revenue management and commercial spend, including pricing, trade promotion, marketing and customer strategy and analytics;

  • Working across all phases of the business and process software development lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of Strategy and Analytics solutions for enterprise-level clients to optimize their Commercial Spend and Trade Promotion capabilities;

  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using Trade Promotion Systems, including SAP TPM;

  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating business requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using Trade Promotion Management;

  • Using Trade Promotion and Commercial Spend Capabilities to support and participate in the design and development of project solutions;

  • Coordinating the project activities of onshore and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of project deliverables;

  • Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments;

  • Supporting business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals.

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable

  • 80% travel required.
