M&A PMO Sr Solution Specialist - USDC

Work you ll do
Support clients through execution of the M&A lifecycle related to Human Resources to include: M&A strategy, integration, restructuring and process design and operating model definition
Manage items such as workplans, status reports, synergy capture/tracking, Day 1 readiness, and overall the overall PMO cadence
Maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure deadlines are met, key deliverables are always accurate, risks are identified early and mitigated
Work with your team to deliver superior results for your client, while navigating your client effectively
Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development
The team - Human Resources Transformation
The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.
Minimum of 4 years of consulting and/or industry experience
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of HR function, processes, and best practices
Experience with M&A
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
Strong writing and editing skills
Detailed / Process Oriented
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Up to 20% annual travel required
This role requires relocation to Gilbert, AZ or Mechanicsburg, PA
Bachelor s Degree
Excellent quantitative skills preferred
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously preferred
