Business Program Specialist
The Team
Our team, in partnership with our Business Services stakeholders, IT partners, and technology vendors, supports the design, configuration, and implementation of technology solutions to enhance the office and workplace experience, optimize productivity and create value for the Firm. We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned office and workplace technology professional to help design, implement, and monitor these solutions as part of our multi-year transformation roadmap to support office and workplace operations, administrative services, meetings, events services, and facilities management needs.
As a team we:
Formulate and execute Deloitte's Workplace Experience digital strategies for 100,000+ practitioners.
Set and execute the vision for a modern digital enterprise
Ensure business leaders' goals and objectives are met in decisions that go into a technology project
Spearhead the technology enablement of GreenDot strategies
Work you'll do
As the Digital Enablement Specialist, you will:
Help groom, maintain, and deliver the digital product roadmap and backlog activities
Engage with business stakeholders regularly to understand/ gather prioritized requirements, convert them into business requirements and work in a continuous refinement process through feedback from all stakeholders.
Develop test scripts and create use-case scenarios for product upgrades
Perform business validation and regression testing during Sprints
Assist product owners in managing User Acceptance Testing
Assist in creating supporting documentation and administrative reports (e.g., Test Execution Reports, Status Reports, Dashboards, Metrics, etc.)
Support in deployment activities such as training, development of user guides and manuals, pilot support
Perform application management activities (Admin Activities & Data Validation)
Work with the communications team to craft critical program governance communications
Work closely with the leadership team to develop content, organize the agenda/teams and logistics for key meetings
Monitor key milestones, budgets, and activities for executive-level reporting
Apply change, risk, and resource management
Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
Resolve projects' higher scope issues
Perform other role-related duties as needed.

Digital Enablement Specialists perform various specialized administrative and professional work supporting and operationalizing various aspects of business-related programs. They support the implementation of the various strategic priorities related to Digital Solutions and Business Services initiatives within supporting technologies. Additionally, they participate in various special projects, studies, and related activities regarding business operations, technology, and general program management duties.
What You'll Need
Minimum 8+ years of experience
Savvy about the professional services industry and technology, and effectively interacts with/influences business leaders
Experience with Product Support and Testing methodologies.
Proven track record in supporting technology-driven programs, delivering on commitments, and achieving operational excellence
Awareness of current technology capabilities, trends, and innovation opportunities
Strong personal leadership and communication abilities - while empowering others to grow and deliver results
Ability to communicate a clear vision and priorities
Understanding how people, processes, and technology drive opportunities while managing costs to ensure consistent performance with a focus on continuous improvement
Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to work independently or within small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects
Working with requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables
Proficient with Microsoft Office technology (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred
Nice to Have
Deep expertise in at least one PM area: schedule, risk, performance reporting, requirements development, or portfolio management
Program and project management experience with internal clients
Experience assisting clients deliver key programs
Experience with SharePoint or ServiceNow and digital reporting technologies
PMP or similar certification
Experience with digital strategy/technology
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
