Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Currently, working with our project team and our healthcare client, you will analyze, verify, track, and recommend for development of implementation plans for system development and implementation of products and solutions which may include discovery, design, conversion, testing, and/or any other components of the project plan cycle and agile delivery. You will also serve as a liaison between business and technology teams. You will also participate in developing and delivering training programs for current and prospective users; educates practice, site, and corporate management on project operations and procedures.
This position is a Sunrise OB/GYN Senior Analyst on our application infrastructure team. Supports various financial systems within the portfolio, following the support model, while providing excellent customer service to all customers and end users. Analyzes and troubleshoots production problems; escalates issues and executes solutions.
This is a functional role which requires expertise in clinical workflows - specially OBGYN department workflows. Experience in the following are strongly preferred: Sunrise OB Analyst, Sunrise Clinical Documentation, Sunrise ADT Analyst, Sunrise Prod Support / Error Handling, Sunrise Pharmacy (SRx), Sunrise Pharmacy (Order Entry), Sunrise Orders/Results, Sunrise Mobile.
This position supports and enhances products on larger, more complex or multiple products for enterprise resource planning, budgeting, data warehousing, and financial reporting. Collaborates with Finance and vendors to ensure products and solutions are properly supported. Provides support to ensure all products are functioning optimally, data integrity is intact and financial reports are in alignment with are produced timely and accurately. Participates in implementing or enhancing products and solutions following the hybrid product/project development and implementation lifecycle.
In this role, you will consult with departments to provide customer support during and post implementation. You will also conduct post implementation satisfaction surveys; advise management of results and recommends actions; troubleshoot issues and resolves concerns as well as recommend necessary fixes; consult with newly acquired facilities and designs transition and implementation plans. You will be operating under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Qualifications
Required
3+ years experience as Sunrise ADT analyst or Sunrise production support
3+ years in healthcare
Experience in Sunrise OB/GYN, Sunrise Clinical Documentation, Sunrise Pharmacy (Srx), Sunrise Order Entry, Orders/Results, or Sunrise Mobile
Good understanding of hospital, clinician and revenue cycle workflows. Especially OBGYN department workflows
Ability to work remotely within US
Preferred
Ability to work in team in global diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience in client facing environment
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
