Job Summary

As part of the core HXM SuccessFactors process team, the Senior Manager will provide strategic and consultative services to Business Leaders and Talent related to the build out of the HXM Position Management feature and the People Hierarchy structure at Deloitte. A key focus of this role will be the overall management of data conversion activities from the legacy SAP HR system to support the HXM SuccessFactors implementation. Post HXM SuccessFactors implementation, the Senior Manager transition to the HR Strategy and Transformation (HRST) team to lead a centralized governance process for the management of positions.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic discussions with Business Leaders and Talent to socialize Position Management concepts

  • Partner with Business Leaders and Talent to solution an approach to formalize a People Leader role at Deloitte

  • Collaborate with each business to build out the People Hierarchy structure and oversee their data mapping activities

  • Leverage custom tools to support the data conversion and validation efforts

  • Lead team in completing key milestones and deliverables

  • Work with the HXM SuccessFactors conversion team to ensure data conversion accuracy

  • Manage and report on conversion activities to key stakeholders in the data conversion process

  • Facilitate end user approval at each phase of the data conversion process

  • Define actionable steps to track down decisions and provide a point of view on pending decisions

  • Post HXM SuccessFactors implementation, collaborate with each business and the Job Architecture team for governance and ongoing management of positions

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Education & Experience

  • 7-10 years of talent management experience at Deloitte or a professional services firm

  • Subject matter expert on data conversion tools and SAP platform

  • Prior experience implementing a package solution supporting position management a plus
