Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in Cincinnati, OH and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You ll Do
Analyze business data and use statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and suggest area and methods of improving operations. Plan solutions that deliver and analyze information in an enterprise. Perform advisory and implementation services to address technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Lead the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Provide support on data quality components during the implementation of the solution architecture. Architect the design and development of data framework for ingestion and consumption of claims, membership and provider data within Datalake. Create and maintain audit sheets, trackers and review templates to comply with quality assurance (QA) mandates. Design and build customized Informatica metadata repository to cater risk specific error logging and auditing needs. Evaluate Hadoop for scalability, reliability and perform data loading techniques through Hive and HBase. Provide Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) solutions for implementation of Risk Information Stores (RIS) Operational Data Stores, and Data Warehousing platforms to support regulatory and operational reports across banking and health sectors. Build reusable framework to ingest, load and process data on Enterprise Data Warehouses from existing applications. Develop mappings and sessions, configure and schedule workflows, create shell scripts to run workflows and perform pre-session and post-session activities.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any), Computer Science, MIS, CIS or a related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience in the above position, as a Senior Programmer, Data Specialist, or a position in a related occupation.
Must have five years of experience with:
Architecting the design and development of data framework for ingestion and consumption of claims, membership and provider data within Datalake;
Creating and maintaining audit sheets, trackers and review templates to comply with quality assurance (QA) mandates;
Designing and building customized Informatica metadata repository to cater risk specific error logging and auditing needs;
Evaluating Hadoop for scalability, reliability and perform data loading techniques through Hive and HBase;

In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.
