Welcome to Deloitte Consulting (W2DC): One L&D Consulting Center of Excellence Manager role will lead our W2DC communications and connections focus area. This manager will lead the W2DC teams as we advance the program goals by supporting the communications, marketing, and partnerships activities. They will also execute, innovate, and support a robust onboarding curriculum for both new experienced hires and supporting resources (including project teams, coaches, and Onboarding Advisors).

Assessment & Simulation - in addition to our other R&FA roles, one R&FA team is looking for an individual with an Assessment/Simulation background. If you have experience with developing and implementing assessment strategies and designing and delivering simulated learning experiences, this specific role might be for you!

Work you'll do
Act as a learning and talent development manager on effective and leading-edge learning and development designs that align with learning and talent development strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. Responsibilities may include:
Develop and execute a curriculum of development experiences through collaboration with the Development Leader, Shared Services and business leaders and managers
Lead the design, development, evaluation, pilot and delivery of new learning and capability development programs through collaboration with shared services
Manage resources and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes.
Manage, coach and support the success of junior team members within and across teams via informal reporting relationships.
Build, manage and leverage relationships with talent and business colleagues
The Successful Candidate Will Possess
Consultative approach: excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels
Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed virtual environment
Facility to manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues for final resolution
Aptitude to lead a distributed, cross-functional team
Strong understanding of adult learning principles/previous instructional design experience
Experience working in a learning and development organization is beneficial
Prior consulting or professional services experience, preferred
Minimum 8 years of related professional experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future
Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close
Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables:
In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends
In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks
In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources
In Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version control
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $173,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
