DELOITTE CONSULTING LLP SEEKS A MANAGER, ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE, SUPPLY CHAIN AND NETWORK OPERATIONS IN CINCINNATI, OHIO AND VARIOUS UNANTICIPATED DELOITTE OFFICE LOCATIONS AND CLIENT SITES NATIONALLY.

Work You’ll Do

ALIGN PROJECT TEAM TO CLIENT EXPECTATION, SET CLEAR PRIORITIES AND DIRECTION, AND MANAGE DELIVERABLES TO EXCEED CLIENT EXPECTATIONS. MANAGE CLIENT EXPECTATIONS AND RELATIONSHIP, LEAD CHANGE EFFORTS AND ENSURE SATISFACTION. PROVIDE SUBJECT EXPERTISE ON SUPPLY CHAIN AND AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY TO GUIDE PROJECT TEAM ON ANALYSIS AND POTENTIAL SOLUTIONS TO RESOLVE ISSUES. LEAD WORKSHOP WITH CLIENT TO DISCUSS THE PAIN POINTS, AND ALIGN ON THE DESIGN OF FUTURE STATE PROCESS. LEAD SALES PROCESS/REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES ON SUPPLY CHAIN AND NETWORK OPERATIONS. DEVELOP PRICING MODEL TO SUPPORT SALES ALL FINANCES RELATED ACTIVITIES THROUGHOUT THE ENGAGEMENT CYCLE. IDENTIFY AND STAFF THE RESOURCES FOR THE ENGAGEMENT. MANAGE, DEVELOP AND MENTOR STAFF TO ASSESS ENGAGEMENT PERFORMANCE AND YEAR-END REVIEWS.

Requirements

BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE, OR A RELATED FIELD. FIVE YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST HAVE FIVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH:

  • WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE AND WATERFALL LIFECYCLE FOR DESIGNING, DEVELOPING, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTING KINAXIS AND ARIBA SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS;

  • ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SUPPLY CHAIN RELATED SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS THROUGH MICROSOFT (MS) VISIO;

  • INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS IN GATHERING FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT SATISFY CLIENT NEEDS;

  • SUPPORTING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS;

  • COORDINATING PROJECT ACTIVITIES OF ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE THE TIMELY AND QUALITY COMPLETION OF PROJECT DELIVERABLES;

  • DESIGNING AND DELIVERING USER MANUALS AND TRAINING FOR SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION, ADOPTION AND MAINTENANCE IN CLIENT ENVIRONMENTS;

  • SUPPORTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT AND RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS; IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A MASTER'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN THE STATED FIELD PLUS THREE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. ANY SUITABLE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE.

  • 80% TRAVEL REQUIRED NATIONALLY.

  • TELECOMMUTING PERMITTED.
