Work You ll Do
Designing, implementing, and operating solutions for custom-developed systems, platform integration, and application modernization to enable core business capabilities. Managing day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients; participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process. Contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Performing role of counselor and coach. Actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities. Providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Synthesizing overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Participating in various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for software applications, which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Architecting data migration strategies utilizing Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL), AS400 Report Program Generator (RPG), Report Program Generator (CLP), and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) Concepts. Performing code reviews and developing Proof of Concepts for technical solutions utilizing AS400 and .Net technologies including NET, C#, LINQ, Language Integrated Query (LINQ), Structured Query Language (SQL), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Model View Controller (MVC), Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Win Forms, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), and Internet Information Services (IIS). Developing system enhancements in legacy applications using RPG, Common Business Oriented Language (COBOL), DB2, and CLP programming languages. Customizing and developing reports using Reports RPG, COBOL, and DB2. Drafting User Stories, Requirement Traceability Matrixes and Low Level Design Documents for Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases using AGILE and Waterfall development methodologies. Designing solutions using .Net technologies including .NET, C#, LINQ, SQL, XML, MVC, WCF, Win Forms, WPF, and IIS. Architecting legacy modernization and migration from AS400 legacy system to FACETS system using AS400, .Net, ORACLE and Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF)/Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Architecting digital transformation and designing constituent systems using JAVA, SOA, Java Script technologies, and Agile methodology.
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.
Five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.
Must have five years of experience with:
Architecting data migration strategies utilizing PL/SQL, AS400 RPG, CLP, and ETL Concepts;
Performing code reviews and developing Proof of Concepts for technical solutions utilizing AS400 and .Net technologies including NET, C#, LINQ, SQL, XML, MVC, WCF, Win Forms, WPF, and IIS;
Developing system enhancements in legacy applications using RPG, COBOL, DB2, and CLP programming languages;
Customizing and developing reports using Reports RPG, COBOL, and DB2;
Drafting User Stories, Requirement Traceability Matrixes and Low Level Design Documentsfor SDLC phases using AGILE and Waterfall development methodologies;
Designing solutions using .Net technologies including .NET, C#, LINQ, SQL, XML, MVC, WCF, Win Forms, WPF, and IIS;
Architecting legacy modernization and migration from AS400 legacy system to FACETS system using AS400, .Net, ORACLE and MSF/Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
Architecting digital transformation and designing constituent systems using JAVA, SOA, Java Script technologies, and Agile methodology.
80% travel required.
