Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consultant, Human Capital, HR Transformation in Cincinnati, OH and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Transforming the way in which HR enables the business and workforce strategy, including HR strategy development, HR process re-engineering, HR operating model redesign, and services for HR and Payroll-related technology solutions. Driving innovative and transformative solutions for global Fortune 500 companies that address their next generational needs. Conducting detailed analyses in focused specialty areas to draw conclusions, and developing pertinent and insightful recommendations based on structured frameworks. Utilizing critical and analytical thinking skills to assist in determining the requirements of clients projects and programs through defining, analyzing, and managing data sets to meet client needs and expectations. Guiding conversations with client workstreams to help determine the exact needs and expectations of the project and then confirm these with client leadership. Providing guidance and direction to corporate clients on the product engagement of diverse consumers providing analytical insight into the needs of consumers with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Examining client products and how they historically and currently interact with users from different demographics, as well as the risk potential for negative user experience based on identity factors. Identifying and recording key deadlines for the workstream in the client engagement to ensure clear communication, organization, and coordination between multiple parties; constructing a work plan around them that will quickly and effectively achieve client goals whilst also allowing for reasonable work time and unexpected delays or pivots. Creating clear, effective, and detailed deliverable content, including written, visual, and oral deliverables, which are informed by research, analytics, and client meetings, and presenting content that addresses client needs in solutioning sessions to drive toward a decision, and validating that decision with client leadership to drive the company s growth and progress. Creating and refining preliminary design and mockups of new functionalities utilizing Human Capital Management (HCM) On-Premise and Cloud products, including PeopleSoft HCM and SAP Successfactors. Developing, designing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining applications utilizing PeopleSoft HCM and SAP Successfactors. Creating Technical Design Documents, Functional Design Documents, and Dataflow diagrams using Advanced MS Word and Advanced MS Excel. Working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central rapid-deployment solution and features, including absentee and time-off management. Leveraging query reporting tools including Online Report Designer (ORD), Structured Query Reporting (SQR), and ADP Reporting (ADPR) to create custom reports and process data. Developing flow charts, functional diagrams, and descriptions to communicate application design specifications for projects utilizing HCM applications including PeopleSoft HCM and SAP Successfactors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.

  • One year of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have one year of experience with:

  • Creating and refining preliminary design and mockups of new functionalities utilizing HCM On-Premise and Cloud products, including PeopleSoft HCM and SAP Successfactors;

  • Developing, designing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining applications utilizing PeopleSoft HCM and SAP Successfactors;

  • Creating Technical Design Documents, Functional Design Documents, and Dataflow diagrams using Advanced MS Word and Advanced MS Excel;

  • Working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central rapid-deployment solution and features, including absentee and time-off management;

  • Leveraging query reporting tools including ORD , SQR, and ADPR to create custom reports and process data;

  • Developing flow charts, functional diagrams, and descriptions to communicate application design specifications for projects utilizing HCM applications including PeopleSoft HCM and SAP Successfactors.

  • 80% travel required.
