Work You'll Do
Drive strategy and governance activities, supporting various areas of the Ecosystems & Alliances organization
Support the development and operation of a cross business alliance management community
Provide support to E&A teams that improve efficiency, collaboration, communication, and consistency
Engage with E&A Leadership, E&A Leaders and Alliances teams to help the organization plan and execute towards their goals
Proactively drive progress on multiple tasks and collaborate across workstreams by understanding and connecting dots between key objectives for the team, the business networks, and Consulting overall
Execute ad-hoc strategic activities that support and operationalize E&A priorities
Develop an extensive firm network by partnering with colleagues across a variety of Deloitte practices
4+ years professional experience
Client service experience and consultative/client-focused mentality
Expert in Microsoft applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Availability for limited travel if needed
Outstanding core consulting skills - i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, including logical structuring and storytelling
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to emerging priorities and self-managing in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Strong project management, organization, coordination, analytical and critical-thinking skills, and a willingness to tackle both strategic priorities and operational processes
Strong executive presence, complemented by clear and convincing communication skills to senior firm leadership through oral, written, and formal presentation mediums
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of people, including senior level leaders
Savvy at navigating complex organizations and connecting the right people within the organization
Highly organized and self-sufficient, successful with limited direction, upbeat and enthusiastic
Excellent team player. Effective at sharing and communicating knowledge and supporting teammates in times of increased workload
High degree of integrity by honoring commitments and demonstrating consistent and predictable follow-up
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,000-$199,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
