The Deloitte Greenhouse® serves Deloitte's biggest and most strategic program clients by integrating a suite of unique client and internal offerings - called Labs - into one dynamic space. Current and future Lab offerings range from a suite of Signature Breakthrough Experiences (each tailored to the individual client and delivery), to immersive technology showcases and demos, to custom breakthrough experiences addressing innovation, leadership, strategy, transformation, transition and alignment. In Labs, we provide an environment that fosters creativity and provides a powerful experience for both external and internal teams. Clients who engage in these experiences will uncover highly relevant insights and develop more successful approaches to complex challenges.

The Digital Experience Team is focused on enabling The Deloitte Greenhouse® to deliver a differentiated, phenomenal, human-centered and engaging digital experience for our clients from start to finish. The team manages a portfolio of tools and technologies to drive collaboration and a wow! factor to every Lab and works on defining and innovating the future digital experience.

Work you'll do

As a key member of the Deloitte Greenhouse Digital Experience team, the individual will play a critical role in engaging across the organization and with external partners to identify and implement new capabilities, technologies, and solutions to advance the Deloitte Greenhouse Labs and the broader firm. The candidate will have a unique opportunity to manage and grow our existing portfolio of digital engagement tools, to ideate and research the future of digital experiences, and to develop new digital offerings for the Deloitte Greenhouse and the larger Deloitte firm. This role will report to the Digital Experience Manager/Senior Manager.

The individual will integrate and drive the current portfolio forward, continuously evolving the platforms to support our needs, and will drive adoption through strategic change management. Working closely with Digital Experience team members, the candidate will support cross-functional teams to pilot and execute new capabilities and solutions, analyze trends and competitive landscape, identify challenges and experiment and advance new initiatives, leveraging human-centered design and product development strategies.

  • A purpose-driven, innovative, and forward-thinking mindset with a high level of energy, initiative, and ownership, and a desire to think creatively to conceptualize and communicate how digital tools can further the digital strategy

  • Experience with or interest in product and innovation management, including the management of digital tools or assets

  • Passion for learning, research, and exploration; including piloting creative, innovative approaches that can be deployed in a Deloitte Greenhouse Lab and/or environment

  • Effective collaborator, able to partner with key stakeholders effectively to lead an integrated portfolio and drive the adoption of digital tools

  • Experience working on cross-functional teams to deliver results, and strong project management skills

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation design skills and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications include

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in strategic roles via management consulting, strategy, business development, product management / development or similar function

  • Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently, proactively and operating effectively in ambiguity

  • Preferred experience managing a portfolio of digital tools or assets

  • Experience with change management, tool adoption, and training a plus

  • Thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

  • Ability to multitask and manage work across multiple streams

  • Preference for site-based practitioner, with estimated up to 15% travel (Sites: New York City, Washington, DC, Dallas, Chicago, Bay Area, Houston)

  • Ability to work across multiple time zones including EMEA, India and US when needed

  • Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce a plus
